I just used the Bespoke housecall service and Gina was terrific and a true pro! Got a wonderful keratin straightening service with no formaldehyde- great results and none of the fumes! We used my desk chair at the sink and it worked well. She brought everything she needed in a tidy roly bag and we w...ere finished in 2 hours (keratin treatments can be a half day at other salons in my experience). My hair does go lighter after the service so she came back next day for color to give 24 hours. Fresh half head of highlights + base single color and blow dry took 2.5 hours- very efficient! I have super thick hair- this treatment leaves really nice smooth results, cuts blow drying time in half and still allows bend in the hair- not pin straight. Love the new housecall service.
